Social Evening on Quennell with Jazz

The evening was arranged to publicise the heritage and character of the Redington Frognal Area and coinciding with the launch of the Redington Frognal Heritage and Character Assessment commissioned from AECOM for the Neighbourhood Plan evidence base.

The event was held at Craxton Studios, designed and built in 1901 by Arthur Keen for artist George Hillyard Swinstead.

Prof. Elizabeth McKellar, a specialist in the work of architect, Charles Henry Bourne Quennell, presented her research on the many Quennell buildings in the Redington Frognal Conservation Area.

Champagne was provided by RedFrog’s Chairman and live music by Glenwood Jazz.
