Constitution

The Neighbourhood Forum was formed on 1 May 2014 and officially constituted on 5 September 2014. The Forum was officially re-designated by Camden Council on 25.10.19 for a further period of five years.

The Constitution was amended as of 26.9.18 whereby clause 5.8 states:
The Quorum for a General Meeting will be 8 members. In the event of a general meeting failing to achieve a quorum, business may be discussed and proposals put to the next meeting for ratification. In the event of two consecutive ordinary meetings being inquorate, the second meeting may call an extraordinary General Meeting. Such an extraordinary General Meeting will be deemed to be quorate.

The Constitution was then further amended at a meeting of the Forum Executive Committee on 6.2.25.  The purpose of this revision was to incorporate a commitment of encouraging diversity, equality and inclusion among volunteers and in seeking new representatives.
